Foi publicada, na data de hoje, no Diário Oficial da União, a nova Instrução Normativa da Receita Federal do Brasil relativa às regras do CNPJ, a INRF nº 1.863/2018.
A INRFB nº 1.634/2016 foi revogada pela INRFB nº 1.863/2018 e, adicionalmente, o prazo para apresentação das informações referentes aos beneficiários finais que era de 31 de dezembro de 2018 foi prorrogado.
Conforme a INRFB nº 1.863/2018, as entidades deverão apresentar as informações em até 180 (cento e oitenta) dias contatos da data de hoje, ou seja, no final do mês de junho de 2019.

Today was published in the Official Gazette a new Normative Instruction of the Brazilian Federal Revenue regarding CNPJ’ rules, INRFB No. 1,863/2018.
The former INRFB No. 1,634/2016 was revoked by the INRFB No. 1,863/2018 and, in addition, the deadline for the submission of information regarding the CNPJ and the final beneficiaries (December 31, 2018) was extended.
According to the INRFB nº 1,863/2018, the entities must now present the information within 180 (one hundred and eighty) days, that is, until the end of June 2019.
